Delivery Time:

For North American countries, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

For European and South American countries, it typically takes 5–7 business days.

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 4-10 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier issues – thank you for your patience.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping is available for orders over $200.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS, DHL and Fedex tracking number.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of our products (nootropics and peptides), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order by contacting us via email immediately before your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is damaged or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos and details. We may, at our discretion and after investigation with UPS, Fedex and DHL provide a replacement.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for packages that fail to be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
